Mucoceles were chronic, expansile, cyst-like lesions of the paranasal sinuses.
In this article, a case of a 48-year-old male with ethmoidal mucocele was presented. He had a mass on left medial canthal area and complained pain, proptosis, inferolateral displacement of the left eyeball and ophthalmoplegia. Defmte diagnosis was made by computed tomography and exenteration through an external ethmoidectomy approach was successful. This report covers the review of ethmoid mucocele, also.
